Dr. Athul Prasad from 5G-Xcast project gave a talk at the IEEE BTS Broadcast Symposium 2018, held in Arlington, Virginia, USA. The talk mainly dealt with: 5G Facts, Fiction, & Impacts for the Future of Broadcasting, and importantly about the role of 5G-Xcast which is developing a unified framework for common content delivery in 5G. The symposium was attended by experts from the telecom and broadcast industry, academia and media.
